STILLING A STAR FROM THE NIGHT SKY

STILLING A STAR FROM THE NIGHT SKY

Betwen friends, kids and wonderful landscapes around this area, Knysna offers me a nice place for remeber and shearing experiences and anecdotes around a table , almost like being home, far from the routine to find a place to sleep, or pnch the tent , far from the tiredness after a difficult journey , now this is how my time goes here enjoying all of it, but unfortunatelly sometimes with the hapinness, the sadnes can come too.

this cronic must be and actually it,s to say thank you to all of those that helped me here, to those that take care of me and gambada, so i really have to say Thank you to Belen and Marc to host me like one more of the familly and doing it with all their love, to Magnetic- South to allowed me to use internet with out feeling any pain in my pockets, and at the same time giving me the chance to work in a near future, Thanks too, to Brian and Antonhy from Action – Cycling to build the new Halima with lots of care and making it like a part of their project too, to Aubrey Springer to make fine adjustments with extrimlly precision and pasion, to Dave Jhons to believe in Gambada with honnestity and giving me the chance to go rock climbing again after all this time, oh well i have plenty of reasons to be happy because of them , but again life sometimes wants to put you many obstacles in you,re days to slow down the past.

The past 26th , it was one month that Halime decided to stop fighting for her life, tha same day i went to see the kids from Masithandane, but unfortunatlly i couldn,t get there because of xenophobia ataks, on my way back i could see the smok comming from the poor houses burning all over.

At night the same day i was invited to one party, not far from there many displaced black people looked scared , they where waiting for protection and me from my side i had a glass of goog wine , and a nice supper waiting for me , i felt sad to accept the paradoxe  and again i realised that there is still to much injustice in this world, when i really wanted to believe that maybe one day we all could be the same , what a non real dream???

Future

Just going back to the history , i realise that this change us, with out going to far on the time , in 1989 the Berlin wall finally fall, in 1990 Nelson mandela finally could see the light outside the prison, and only in 1994 this country had the first non racial election, wile at the same time in Rwanda almost 1 million people were assasinated with machetes, oh Sucks !!!, when will gonna learn?.

I think that we really have to try hard how to forget, even if sometimes is very dificult to erase the shadows of the past.

Oh yes, a cronic that should be an amalgam of nice words ends up on a new fighting against this stupid reality, this epidemic that the worl lives thru wars and violence, to give only sadness to the human being those that they only want to live in a simply way , or simply survive.

It really heurts me seeing all this pain, and i just want to find the strenght to blow enaughf air  to the heart to be able to still a star from the night sky, and eventually even those dificulties keep going on my project and living new marks on the magic of the new days ahead.

Two weeks ago, when the xenophobics attaks happend all over the country ,  a new little star was born, he,s name is Richard,(see picture below )  he,s very week and her mother is hiding in a basement of one house from a very nice people, wich is not  their fault??? they simply are Malawians in one country that they are not welcome, where is the hapiness??

HEALTH AND GOOD JOURNEY, NANDO.
